Fieldbus Brushless DC Control

The Platino fieldbus drives by Ever Motion Solutions are vector-controlled drives designed for the control of three-phase brushless DC motors up to 400 W. Compact, fully digital, and based on ARM Core M4 technology, they are available with EtherCAT (CoE), CANopen, Modbus TCP/IP, and Modbus RTU, enabling flexible integration into industrial automation systems and seamless communication with major master controllers.

Vector Control and Smooth Motion

Thanks to sinusoidal current control, Platino drives operate the motor in closed-loop torque mode using incremental encoders and/or Hall sensors, ensuring exceptionally smooth and precise motion. Their high reliability and operational stability make the Platino line particularly suitable for applications such as conveyor systems, separators, and robotic arms, where continuous operation and motion quality are essential.
